Book vs this movie

I thought this was a fairly well done adaptation.

For example in the book when "the Elder" gets angry at Fyodor.

I felt the Magenta color in minute 35 more vivid.

Or in the book the whole scene when Dmitri gets angry at his father was translated perfectly in the movie, by the Magenta screen.


It think this movie is the most faithful adaptation there is. Doystoyeski would have been proud!
