This may have been brought up before, but did anyone else find it incredibly distracting how in every scene the mayor looked like either the makeup guy screwed up in EVERY scene with the mayor (which is hard to believe) or there is something really fishy going on in the Gotham cabinet?

I was wondering the same thing, but I guess people are right when they say his eyes are naturally like that. I went to high school with a boy who always looked like he had mascara and eyeliner on, his eyes must have been naturally like that, too.

There's a behind the scenes thing on Lost. They show he wears eyeliner for Lost that makes his eyes lighter because of how dark they are.
