If I have celebrity money how much we talking for a full head Indian virgin hair, lets say I'll use 1.5 packs of hair, 14 inches.
Lets say I'm your avg Joeann, and I just want some decent hair, same length.

I got 3 bags, 2 light blonde, 1 brown, at one store, like 18inches, all human, $300.00. Then had 100% of my hair braided up (no edges left out) and a closure, they did it for $60... so all for $360. I went for the Barbie look, long blonde on top and brown under/back... went back 6 weeks later to get it tightened for $20. Left it in for 8 weeks. In early 2011.
