At least halfway, they stopped going to Johannesburg and focused on NY and London.

Yup, this is exaclt how I felt, and wrote this in another thread here before reading your post.

That's the only reason I'm posting here tonight. How STUPID to wear different outfits when you know you're filming the special. It's awful and weird to watch his outfits change. It's very, very distracting. He also seems more impressed with himself than interested in entertaining his audience.
I will admit some of the content was funny and true (otherwise I wouldn't have even watched him), but I had to turn to something else due to the editing. No excuse -- and he should get his money back from the company who made this for him.

it wasn't distracting to me and it was funny to watch it bounce from place to place and how he sometimes did or said things differently at different places. some ppl liked it some didn't, oh well, i enjoyed it.
