I have to say

I LOVE stand up comedy, Chris Rock is my absolute favorite comedian. I LOVED his first specials, and I couldn't WAIT to see the next one. I got my hands on the dvd, closed the blinds, switched my phone off, logged out from MSN and did everything to prevent anything from interupting my Chris Rock-time. I sat myself down and as much as it hurts to say this, I was dissapointed.

After Never Scared, the greatest stand up Ive ever seen, I had so high expectations. But Chris just didn't deliver the same raw, hilarious, on the dot jokes I was used to hear coming out of that boys mouth.A lot of jokes he already talked about or mentioned in earlier specials. Man, I hope he makes more specials so I don't feel so let down. Maybe if I watch it again I'll enjoy it more. I for one actually think the idea of changing the setting from city to city was a breeze of fresh air and it would have been awesome, had the editing been a pinch better. Anyways, had to express my personal review of the special, don't know what else to do.

shut up man, you can't say you didn't enjoy it, it might not have been as good as his past ones but its still good man.

I completely agree. I think Chris has lost his edge, this wasn't that funny. I think I laughed twice. What makes this last special look worse is the comparison to other current comics. Dave Chappelle has passed him up.
