So far I have watched

three episodes. Mitefall, Night of the Chill and Mayhem of Music Meister. What other episodes do you reccomend me?

Depends on what sort of stories you like I suppose, I personally think you should just watch all of them, but here's some of the ones that I really love split into a few different categories.

1. First off, these are, for my money, the coolest team ups the show did:

* Duel of the Double Crossers!- If the idea of Jonah Hex, equipped with a laser gun, and Batman fighting aliens on Mongul's Warworld doesn't sound awesomely weird then I don't know what to tell you.

* Sidekicks Assemble!- This one plays off the relationships that Batman, Aquaman and Green Arrow have with their sidekicks and presents a lot of parallels between the two groups. This is also one of the few episodes to feature Ra's Al Ghul and works as a great showcase for the sidekicks, Robin, Aqualad and Speedy, and gives a good idea of what this universe's Teen Titans is probably like.

* The Super Batman of Planet X- Batman gets sucked through a wormhole and meets the Batman (voiced by Kevin Conroy of Batman TAS fame) of another planet. The twist is that Batman discovers that he has the powers of Superman.

* The Siege of Starro! parts 1 and 2- The show offered a lot of great action but for my money this one has the most epic feel and features the biggest threat to earth in the series. Basically an alien parasite race has taken all the heroes of earth with the exception of Batman, Captain Marvel, Firestorm, Booster Gold and B'Wana Beast who obviously don't stand much of a chance against the threat. This episode just felt like a huge epic crossover storyline from the comics, but with more obscure characters. There's a build up to this arc in various pre-credit scenes throughout the second season's first half but the two parter stands on its own pretty well.

* Battle of the Superheroes!- Superman gets infected with Red Kryptonite which turns him evil and sets up a classic Batman vs. Superman scenario. Plus, seeing the perpetual boyscout of steel be a total jerk to everybody is pretty hilarious.

* Triumvirate of Terror!- This is the big one, the one that finally features the holy trinity of DC heroes, Batman, Superman and Wonder Woman! On top of that the episode has a fun twist: after years of losing against their respective arch nemeses The Joker, Lex Luthor and Cheetah get the idea to "change dance partners" as it were with Joker facing off against Wonder Woman, Lex vs. Batman and Cheetah vs. Superman. Its always fun to see heroes and villains out of their element and this is no exception.

2. Your appreciation of these is probably dependent on how familiar you are with some of DC comics lore outside of Batman but should be enjoyable no matter what:

* Fall of the Blue Beetle!- This one delves into the mythos of Blue Beetle and features appearances from all three men that wore the costume.

* Long Arm of the Law- This episode really does a good job of giving more background on Plastic Man- one of the most recurring characters on the show a long with Blue Beetle, Aquaman and Green Arrow- and really gives the character a chance to shine and provides for an all around entertaining episode.

* The Last Patrol- This episode digs up and salvages the 60s version of The Doom Patrol, a cheesy X-Men ripoff team until comics maestro Grant Morrison made them awesome in the 80s, and has the team allied with Bats and face off against their bizarre rogues gallery. This one ends on a nice bittersweet note that was rare for the show.

3. These episodes are a bit unusual in that they break away from the typical format. However, I think these are some of the best the show has to offer:

*Aquaman's Outrageous Adventure!- Bats takes a back seat in this one for the most part and it focuses on Aquaman's family vacation, his resultant boredom and various attempts to slip away from his family to go on adventures with other heroes. If you enjoy the more comedic elements of the show or its take on Aquaman this one is a must. One of the show's most entertaining episodes.

*The Knights of Tomorrow: This one takes place in the distant future with Robin having taken up the mantel of Batman and features Damian Wayne's first appearance in animation. Damian is the current Robin in the comics, in that universe he's the son of Batman and Ra's Al Ghul's daughter Talia but in this episode Catwoman is his mother. This is really interesting outing to me because some of my favorite Batman stories in the comics take place in possible futures like this one.

*Bat-Mite Presents: Batman's Strangest Cases!- This is probably the weirdest episode the show ever did, some didn't really care for it but I personally loved it. Its basically presented an anthology show hosted by Bat-Mite that features stories culled from some of the stranger adaptations of Batman. This has three segements: A cold open featuring "Batboy and Ruben" taken from a Mad Magazine parody, a segment referencing the obscure japanese Batman comics of the 60s done in a style that sort of mocks the old Speed Racer cartoon and a lastly a segment poking fun at Batman's appearances on "The Scooby Doo Movies" in the 70's which sees Batman team up with Scooby and the gang and Weird Al Yankovich of all people.

*Joker: The Vile and The Villainous- This one basically plays from the viewpoint of the Joker, he's even the star of the cold open and gets his own opening credits, and features him teaming up with obscure villain "The Weeper". Quite a fun episode.

*Night of the Batmen- This isn't quite as off the beaten path as the other three but is still pretty different. Basically, Bats gets put out of commission which leaves Gotham unprotected so Aquaman, Green Arrow, Captain Marvel and Plastic Man all take up the role of Batman to fill the void.

"Walk down the right back-alley in Sin City, and you can find anything...."
