I was confused too, because April and her friend Jessica are both blonde with curly longish hair, and Sean calls out "April!" when he sees her. The girl Sean finds in the neighborhood triage location is Jessica, not April. We never see how April dies, though there is a reference later to her face in the mud. The Columbine victim some say April represents is Rachel Scott, who died outside.

"because April and her friend Jessica are both blonde with curly longish hair"

You mean, curly longish blonde hair. You say "blonde *WITH* curly longish hair, ... even though the terms "blonde" and "curly longish" that is being described is meant to BOTH be about the hair! Sorry, haha, it was kind the way you worded it that made it kind of ridiculous. That's like saying, "she was Caucasian, with white skin" LOL

No, your example is not correct.

Your example assumes "Caucasian" equals "white skin." Leaving aside that race is an artificial construct, not all "caucasians" have white skin. But you seem to be saying that my statement was redundant.

No.

A person could be blonde with short, straight hair. This statement and my original are not redundant.

Troll.

Sean and April got separated while running for their lives. She took off while his back was turned and then he ran the other way. If he had run in the same direction she did, he probably would have been shot, too. It was a moment of fate that decided both hers and his. She ended up shot outside the school (just like Rachel was, except Rachel never saw it coming until the very last minute.) They didn't show the moment of April's death but this was what it looked like to me.
