The funny scenes were great!
But the cheesy scenes were meh. I love Jennifer though, she's awesome.

It's been a while since I've seen it, but I do remember quite a few parts that made me laugh.
It wasn't a great movie, but comedy wise, there were entertaining parts.
It makes me wonder though, why can something like Anchorman or Stepbrothers get way with being so poorly written (but very funny), but this movie can't?

"It makes me wonder though, why can something like Anchorman or Stepbrothers get way with being so poorly written (but very funny), but this movie can't?"
I'll you why - because there was little to no profanity in this movie.
And Anchorman, Stepbrothers and all those movies of that ilk are replete with cursing.
And that is what sells.
Don't get me wrong, I enjoy some of those movies, but I do flinch at all the profanity. Can't someone say one line without a curse?
"Hi! Would you like to buy some Girl Scout cookies?"
"Are they made from real Girl Scouts?"
No profanity in this movie!!! You apparently missed all the sh!ts, *beep* and vaginas!
