okay you clearly do not know what you are talking about if you think that reality tv takes far less effort to make. On top of that, most reality tv shows are SCRIPTED nowadays and take an INSANE amount of resources to make. furthermore, the effort isnt put on YOU to create the movie so your argument makes absolutely no sense as to why you even care about it. this movie isnt TRYING to be deep, if you seriously thought it was then I would suggest that you look up the genre "comedy" and the definition of it before replying to my post.
bottom line is NONE of these movies or tv shows listed take themselves seriously except for american idol, which happens to be the show that you frequently tune into.
another fact also happens to be that you've spent FAR more time watching these shows on a weekly basis then someone has watching this 2 hour movie "once". the jokes on you. you should probably spend more of your mindless reality television spending time volunteering at shelter or watching the discovery channel before you call someone out for spending 2 hours on ONE movie as compared to your COUNTLESS hours watching keeping up with the kardashians lol.
seriously though, somebody that watches americas top model regularly criticizing another person for enjoying a 2 hour light hearted movie. wow.
