what do people think this will be rated or will it be rated at all????

It's been rated PG-13 by the MPAA. DVD street date is July 8, 2008.

it is rated Rated PG-13 for some crude humor, comic violence and language. Check out this site if you need US ratings - http://www.mpaa.org
