In Endgame she has the foresight to discover Strange is supposed to be the best of the sorcerers so did she also have the foresight to see Mordo become a villain? If so, why didn't she do anything about it or are some things just not clear to her?

shareI chalk it up to The Ancient One being neither Omnipotent nor Omniscient. Heimdall could see more than The Ancient One in the physical world in the present moment as an example. Also I don't think The Ancient One had the awareness to follow just anyone and everyone through-out time.
Just my thoughts on the topic.
I say no, since he turned only after they defeated Kaecilius, which occurred after she died.
She said herself that she could never see past "this moment," which turned out to be when she died.
In fact, she told Strange he'd need Mordo's strength to succeed - that suggests she didn't even think Mordo MIGHT turn evil
Indeed, unlike his comic book inspiration, it's not clear that he's actually evil, or that he can't be redeemed
