A dark time indeed for comic book movies, but there were a few standouts. Not many though. Here's all I got. Please help me remember more... good ones.

The Shadow has some good points
Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles is well remembered my many, although it is helped by Nostalgia
The Mask Of Zorro is a fun adventure film
The first Darkman is entertaining
The Hardest Thing In This World Is To Live In It
Probably not a favorite of most, but I really liked...
Spawn! I like the movie and the soundtrack. lol.
MIB - Still high re-watchability for me.
The Crow or Batman Returns are definitely the two top ones for me. If you count animated stuff, which makes sense I guess, Mask of the Phantasm is right there too.

Yeah, I think the Crow wins. It's a very 90's film too. Blade is a pretty close second, and Batman Returns pretty much seals the top three. After that have a few more;

And TMNT 2 really isn't a good film, but the fun/nostalgia/camp puts it ahead of the other crap that just plains sucks.
