Story mode on REALISTIC difficulty??

I might be retared but HOW DO YOU set the game to the realistic difficulty? I select story mode...wanna do it "split screen" as well but we can't seem to find the setting for realistic. Help?

It should pop up once you select the chapter you want to play.

No worries. Ain't it always the way, I posted something at the Windows Movie Maker forums the other day and within an hour figured out the problem haha.
