In his prime (during the Marked for Death, Above the Law era) Seagal would destroy Lundgren. I'm no fan of the Physical Turkey Guru but I do respect his past achievements in martial arts excellence.
If you look at how Seagal fought compared to Dolph 15-20 years ago, Seagal was the better fighter (or rather, the lack of his fighting). Using his opponents momentum and strength against them with Aikido was very effective. And if you see Seagal's older movies it really did look like he was hurting a lot of those poor stuntmen. I can already imagine Dolph throwing a punch and Seagal rag-dolling him around a bit.
As for now...well, Seagal, as we all know, is fat and lazy. He doesn't even act, he just slobbers some lines out and his fighting consists of quick-edits you can't even make out. I felt bad that Gary Daniels had to have such a pathetic fight with Seagal in that terrible sub movie.
My money would now be on Lundgren because as everyone stated, he keeps in excellent shape and he didn't look too bad in his fight against Jet Li in The Expendables, which is more than I can say for any of Steven's movies in the last 10 years.
