Ridiculous Love Scene at end of movie

A buddy and I were discussing movies with the most ridiculous and unnecessary love scenes. As much as I am a fan of Dolph when he makes good movies, I had to rate Command Performance as the worst of all time.

I have not seen the movie in a few year but at the end didn't his character reach out to Venus and say something ridiculous along the line of "Give me some sugar!" It was at the end of the movie and there was no reason for the character to have done this.

This is as bad as Steven Seagal in Hard to Kill and Clint Eastwood in The Rookie.

Just want to make sure memory is serving me correctly on this. I think it is pathetic when middle aged men like Dolph have to resort to casting a good looking young woman just to get their hands on one. Given his alleged high IQ and documented scholastic accomplishments I was disappointed to see him drop to this level. If I am wrong, please correct me as to which movie he did this in.
