North American DVD release?
Anyone know when the DVD will be available in Canada/the US?
shareDouble posting probably wont help ;)
Lucy:Was the music too loud?
Dr. Carter: No, the furniture was too on fire.

I just finished watching the 2007 flick and discovered this sequel's existence.
Damn.... makes me want to buy a laptop just so I can watch Region 2 flicks.
Better yet, a good region-free DVD player. Much cheaper than a laptop and you can watch anything from anywhere...

There's a really nice $40 DVD player that can easily be reprogramed to handle any Region BUT if you don't have TV or monitor that can show signals from that Region.... oh well.
I found that out trying to play some DVDs a friend brought from Britain.
But since the laptop's monitor just shows whatever the processor sends it, there's no translation problem.
I think everyone is going off topic, the question was when will it be released? I am curious also.
shareI am incredibly interested in the answer to this question. I keep checking and waiting, but it has never been available on Amazon or Netflix!
Does anyone know when it is coming to the US? I know it's in Canada because I have a friend that enjoys gloating. Would a disc from Canada play here? Because if so I have no qualms about having him just send me a copy from there. :P

Regarding Canada and the U.S: Both countries located in Region-1 and both contries use the NTSC format.
So yes, a DVD bought in Canada can be played on a DVD player located in the U.S without any kind of problems.
This is available at Amazon and it says it's for region 1 (US & Canada):
