Snoop Dogg?

When Epp's character is at the drug dealers trying to score for the rapstar, is that Snoop Dogg standing around in the background? Facially it looks like him but he didn't seem to be tall enough from what I could see of him. I could be wrong though and wanted to check if anyone here knew for sure.
