Very disappointing

Admittedly, it's earlier on, but it seems to be going no where. I find a good drama, or any programme for that matter is one that grips you from the start and keeps you interested, wanting to know more. So far it's just a bloody mess, it's going nowhere and makes absolutely no sence, it keeps jumping about all over the place, and you have no idea who half the charactors are and what's going on. ITV's dramas are generally pretty good, but this one is very disappointing.

Well, I thought Criminal Justice was pretty reasonable, well, until the last episode let it down, but this is crap.

reply

Criminal Justice was the Beeb, not ITV.

The Children is alright, better than most ITV "drama" not that I care for it or else I wouldn't be on the computer, too hard not to miss anything.

BTW, who plays Emily, I've seen her in something else.

Yeah, just remembered that after I replied, lol. Nope, I can't actually pin point an ITV one that's been any good.

I enjoyed 'The Fixer'

I thought it was interesting - the storyline is 'jumping' from the girls death to three months earlier or whatever, what's so confusing about that? It's trying to build up mystery etc.

I actually don't think it's that disappointing.
It's quite interesting, the show has built up different plots to how Emily died. I think it's clever actually & I've just watched the second one & I don't have a clue what's going to happen.
That makes a good drama.

i think its pretty good too.
I like the way you dont have any sympathy for any of the characters, not many drama's /films i can think of have done that before.
I'm awake and dressed, what more do you want?
