Panama Lewis Reality Show?

Any takers?

There's no doubt in my mind that Panama is a snake in the grass, but if he had his own reality show I know I'd tune in. He's got the shady past, the bling, and the booming voice:

"The one I mixed....the one I mixed!"

"Those are the gloves they gave us....those are the gloves they gave us!"

"Resto....Resto," he chuckled as he was making fun of him while watching the Miguel Cotto-Zab Judah fight at that bar.

Everybody knows he's a bad guy, but he's got an on-camera presence about him that'll bring in the viewers. And you know he's determined to get paid. He's kind of like the rogue manager version of a poor man's Don King. I can see him and Luis Resto doing their Abbott & Costello, Amos & Andy routine on television. You gotta admit it, you'd watch.

I'm the world's most interesting man. Stay thirsty my friends.

That's an absurd notion. Why would anyone support a snake like him by putting more money in his pocket? It was clear from the documentary that he suffered little to no loss except for the jail time while Luis Resta lost everything. I couldnt find any sympathy for the man. While we may never who did what, from what is presented he is involved. Unless he is proven innocent, he is just a lying, cheating con.

I hated how he makes fun of Luis at the bar and that speech at the end about how he was gonna support Luis if he start making it big. If staying in a five star hotel and covered in bling means you're poor, then my god Panama, you have high standards. Not that anyone expect him to support Luis, not even Luis himself, so don't present it like it's a fact.

So no, I wouldn't watch his show, in the unlikely event he gets one.

*Newsflash* the majority of reality shows are filled with "snakes" and people who don't deserve to be on one. It's not about liking a person, it's about being able to watch a person that you find entertaining. Regardless, it is very unlikely that he would get a reality show because of a not so well known documentary he was on.

Yeah, that's all I was saying. I don't like Panama as a person and if I were a boxer I wouldn't trust him enough to let him train me, but the guy is entertaining in a bad way.

Another funny thing he did was when he was "training" this boxer and all the while he was training, he was removing his bling and handing it to another man to put in his pocket so he can work.

I guess you may have liked the Growing up Gotti reality show. This guy should have gotten a much worse sentence -- he still should be in prison. He ruined the life of a guy who probably would have earned millions of dollars. It would make me sick if he was the subject of a reality show.

To tell you the truth Resto was pretty much on his way out as far as being a fighter. But who knows, Resto could have became a successful trainer if he wasn't banned from the sport.

Panama of Love...LOL! I'd watch that just so you can see a cheater in a house full of WORSE cheats and scallawags who'd love to take him to the cleaners.

I saw this back in August and still have it on DVR. Boxing is a circus and will always be, but Billy Collins's story breaks my heart. I can only imagine what he would have been in the late 80s-early 90s. He deserved so much more than what he got in his short life.
