Goof: Pine and Costner approaching the helo from just off the nose

I worked on the HH-65 for years in the Coast Guard, and during the scene towards the end where these 2 ran up, hunched over about 30 degrees off of the nose had me cringing a little bit.

With this helo, at 0 pitch the rotor blades are less than 6 feet off the ground (if I remember right). I would say that a general bit of good advice is that if you need to approach a helicopter that you do it at 90 degrees from the nose, but still within view of the pilot.
