much better than i expected

i actually really liked it
the trailer looked like crap but this kept me constantly on the edge of my seat i also like that we saw it more from the killers percpective and that they got rid of the "fillers" early on and then had Agnes take them down one by one.
can't understand why this is DTV could have made Vacancy numbers at the boxoffice for sure.
loved Agnes in this. she really need more lead roles especially in dramas!
the killer werent as scary as in Vacancy thanks to all their additional screentime but David Moscows character was pretty hardcore

1 - It's stupid.

2 - Why the HELL does the GIRL always survive and takes down all the enemies?

3 - WHY DOES SHE LIVE?

4 - WHY PUT THE TWO GUYS IN IF YOU'RE JUST GOING TO KILL THEM? I AM OFFENDED. Us men are treated less than human in horror movies.

if you hate women so much go watch Hellbent

I think I hate The Final Girl Rule, which recites that if there is a woman in the movie she must survive. I never saw a movie with a man and a woman being pursued by a killer that didn't have the woman, at the very least, outlive the guy (Eden Lake, The Strangers), if not surviving him (Vacncy 2: The First Crap). I mean, is it TOO MUCH to ask for, a movie with a man as the sole survivor?

marcus stokes2000, you'd love the end of Feast 2. :)

She was pregnant too. There is no way they would kill a pregnant girl. The only thing that surprised me was that the black guy did not die first.

Friday The 13th Part 3 did. I'm not joking.

Well they are clearly more original and daring than everyone else

To add insult to injury, it was done in the '80s. And we're talking about a mainstream slasher movie, not an obscure, Grindhouse flick like 'A L'Interieur' which also featured a pregnant woman getting killed, AND she's the main character! You know, if there's no interesting twist (in the original, it was the fact that the guy was the hero... and they had to go and wreck it with that final part *shudder*)

i thought so too, but then my expectations were pretty low. There were the obvious character action incongruities;

For instance:

-the hotel pervs were reluctant to make a scene, as they were uncomfortable with this from the start; one minute pulling the plug on killing 3 (because of the 3rd person angle) but next thing you know, they were blazing shotguns in the parking lot, with total disregard to the operations of the motel or the 'new business' on the down-low.

-the psycho baddie who got knocked the F out by the hotel pervs; the hotel pervs than set the ground rules after the psycho baddie lured them into his idea, but then the hotel pervs decided from that point on to be spineless sheep

-psycho baddie who shows he's a wanderer from the get-go, only interested in killing decides to venture out and take over the snuff film biz? C'moonnn... he would've packed up and gone to a different state or something...

Lastly, the biggest problem I probably had was the cleanup job this burned up, stabbed in the head psycho baddie had to do in order to not leave a single clue to the police... c'mon, there was huge blood stains on the carpet; everything was in disarray... shell casings all over.

The rest of the implausible items were canceled out by the two perv hotel clerks who were greased.

Overall, not bad, probably better than the 1st... great performances by the some of the cast particularly, the friend of the couple.

I was wondering how the h3ll the writers were going to set things up for the next one, because clearly if the pervs made it through this ordeal, there was no way in h3ll I could see them doing this again. But then you see the burned psycho lives on and he's selling tapes to the trucker.
