Are there shills here?

Vacancy 2 is only mentioned a few times on the original's board, which must go to show for something: that this film sucks, right? And when it's mentioned, people are saying to avoid it and enjoy the first movie.

I come here, and the first review I read on the main page is by kyleallen_9, whose review reads like a shill's. His review posting history is more than suspicious also, with top-notch all star best ever you-gotta-see-this reviews for all sorts of horror films posted within days of each other.

Then I come to this board and the people extolling this film just seem so fake about it. The "real" sounding posts are like, "this film sucks and you know it."

so... I'm not going to deny that I'm confused. But maybe this film is best left unseen?

It's an 'okay sequel' and just about works as a standalone film.
However anyone expressing the view that it's a definite must-see movie is plainly talking out of their hat and is employed by Hollywood to write as such.

Agree. It was an OK film to watch if somone lends you it on a weekday with no good TV on. But if you waste £3 on renting it, you might as well save the £3. You cannot possibly describe this film asa really good film. Just OK.
