Would a hooker really let you place plastic on a bed before sex?

Not every prostitute behaves the same, and maybe she was just an idiot. Or she thought the guy was a germophobe and didn't want to touch the bed sheets (which kind of contradicts him wanting to have sex with a complete stranger... human bodies can be home to worse diseases and what not than a hotel bed most likely).
