Did anyone •bleep• their pants during that roller coaster scene?
Does anyone know if this roller coaster ride really does exist where you hang off a tower?
I've looked it up on the Internet about a roller coaster in Vegas that goes around a tower, but nothing about it hanging off the tower!
Anyone got any info on this ride?
It's real. Horrible.

shareYes it's real they have a few rides on top of the Strasosphere. I've been up there before once.
shareI rode the hellish thing back in 2005. It was horrific. Two buddies and myself sat in the front row (if I recall, there are 4 seats to a row). Not only does it tilt back and then forth to roll you over the Vegas strip, it dips down at an even steeper angle while you dangle over the edge of the Stratosphere. I am no coward when it comes to thrill rides. This thing however terrified me to the core. All three of us uttered only one word, and that was at the first roll over the edge: "Oh S***!" The rest of the ride we were silent and gripped with frozen fear.

Took my family to Vegas in 2011. My then 9 yr old twins loved that ride. Cost me a fortune for them to ride is again and again. it was pretty cool.
You have the coolest nine-year-olds on the planet! I'll tell you what...I chickened out on my trip to Vegas despite insisting prior to the trip I would do it!

Went on it in 2006 - scariest 5 minutes EVER. The merry-go-round thing on the other side is almost as nerve shredding.
