I watched the show and to be honest it sucked, but I will continue to watch it becuase there really nothing on wed at 8pm .So the question again will the show make it I say yes.Because the more bad reviews you give something the more people will check it out just to be curious about it .Is it s saw ripoff yes and no .I guess will see .

reply

It's already been filmed so it doesn't cost anything to show. Plus, this is the CW so nobody watches anyway.

I had to think about that for a second... but... you're so right. I remember the last time I watched NBC and even CBS. I even watched MyPHL before... but I don't remember a single time I've had the TV on CW before the premier of this show. Haha, thats pretty funny.

reply

Sad but true. If I am home and bored during the day I might watch Judge Judy or Everybody Loves Raymond, but I can't say that I've ever watched the CW in prime time.

This show is almost worth watching. The problem I have with it is that the contestants shouldn't REALLY be worried about their safety. This is a show with lawyers and insurance companies that won't allow them to do anything seriously dangerous.

It looks to me like most of the people in the game realize that so I am just not seeing the fear in their eyes.

Good point. The gators, the traps, the fire, etc. Nothing will every ACTUALLY harm them in any way shape or form, so it's all just a mind game.

reply

With fire, traps, and burial I can see them having lots of safety measures, but I don't know how they can completely mitigate the danger from gators. I mean, if they are in a boat in the swamp and they tip over, you just never know when a gator might be waiting.

good point, and Rodney did chip his tooth when trying to escape the pendulum, which was a really cool ritual IMO.

reply

Yeah, I'm pretty sure they sign some sort of contract. Like is Fear factor. It would be kinda stupid if they did not.
