Amy Adams killed it for me.

She's a remarkably unremarkable actress (admittedly, the only thing I liked her in was 'Catch Me If You Can', but that's only because she was playing a dimwitted teenage girl... actually, that's not true, I liked her in Julie and Julia).

She has this smug look on her face throughout the whole movie, and all I wanted her to do was stay away from precious childhood memories. I came to see The Muppets, not cringe at your acting and listen to you screech along to the music. At least Jason Segel is cute/funny, in an endearing kind of way.

She literally sucks the life out of her movies. 'The Fighter'. 'The Master'.
'Trouble With the Curve'. And now 'Man of Steel'. Fire-crotch!

I think that was the point, the whole film she is annoyed that her BF pays almost no attention to her, especially considering the only reason they went to LA was for their anniversary yet it's spent doing all this muppet stuff.
