Is this a rip-off too?

I just watched Aamir and was outraged to find out that it almost completely rips off Cavite. Since this idiot, Rajkumar Gupta, claimed he "wrote" Aamir, and since he also supposedly "wrote" the screenplay of Barah Aana (which I haven't seen yet), I was wondering whether this film is also ripped off from some existing film.

I don't know if it is ripped off. The film didn't appeal to me much anyway. Other than the performances there isn't much to look forward to.
