$12,000???

A friend told me about this film, and I just came across it on IMDb. He said it was made for $12,000!!
Is this true???
If so, that's amazing, I watched the trailer, its wicked! Especially to get Colm Feore and everything.
There aren't enough cool westerns these days, I cant wait to see this.

Totally possible, there are only 4-6 locations, all in the "nowhere", propably Nevada.

Very cool movie. A new take on a Boy and his dog, but this time its a horse and we want it to go away :). I gave it a 10.

Yeah, it didn't seem cheaply made at all. Very professionally done. The only two minor instances where it looked cheap was where the assassin was escaping and he fell down that little wall. It looked amateurish. Also when the assassin was using his telescope and he looked left, then right, then central. It also looked like an acting class.

Overall it was really good and I would highly recommend it to anyone who likes Westerns...

I believe this was completely filmed in Canada.

Nope. It was filmed in the Badlands of Drumheller, Alberta - Canada and Toronto, Canada.

The director / actor who played Milton Joyce Matt Campagna is a friend of mine, and I'm on the committee for the Mississauga Independent Film Festival that he and his brother Jeff founded.

It's true, the movie was made for approximately $12,000 and was filmed entirely in Alberta. The guys are really smart about their budgets. The cost to film where they did is next to nothing and a lot of the actors didn't take much for their roles. I believe the whole movie was filmed in about ten days.

Their follow-up, entitled Roll The Hard Six is gonna be a lot bigger. Bigger budget, bigger actors, etc.
