Are you going to include the Obama Girl and how she helped his campaign?

Who says she helped? Can't see how she could affect much, other than tell people that she really liked him. So what... Many celebrities did that, and they probably had a bigger affect, considering people already knew about them. No one knew Obama Girl before, so it's not like they would think "I really like that girl". If you ask be it was the other way around, Obama helped her getting the attention she seeked.

No one helped Barack more than Bush, Cheney, Rice, McCain and Palin.

Of course he's not automatically right just because Bush existed. He's a far better President, however, and a better person in general.
