Did Lily know that sacrificing herself would create that spell of protection for Harry?

How could Dumbledore know that Draco would get the Elder Wand from him? If he knew, then it would factor into his plan and therefore be part of his will, which defeats the purpose since the Wand follows the winner. So he really just had to hope someone would disarm him over the course of that year.
