Which sequels from popular movie franchises were most underrated and overlooked???

My ideas:

RoboCop 2
RoboCop 3
Alien 3
Lethal Weapon 3
Die Hard 2
Jurassic Park 3
House 2: The Second Story
House 4
Resident Evil: Apocalypse
Resident Evil: Extinction
Scream 3
Nightmare On Elm Street 4: The Dream Master
Predator 2
Moonraker
Rambo 2
Rambo 3
Blade: Trinity
Mortal Kombat 2

Most of them are my guilty-pleasures!

I agree with Predator 2 and Jurassic Park 3 (it's better than 2 or 4 IMO).

I will add Psycho 2. I honestly think it's almost as good as the original. It's very well shot, with a compelling story, great acting and has a twist that almost compares to the original, again IMO.

I'll agree with 'Die Hard 2' and 'Lethal Weapon 3'.
