Our Town vs. The Chaser

For those who have seen both, which was the better film? I think Our Town is much better, even though The Chaser was decent. Still, I'm surprised The Chaser was a box office hit in Korea while Our Town was a box office dud. They're both serial killer films and are both graphic. Our Town had more established actors and it was much more stylishly made than The Chaser. Could it be because The Chaser was more overtly critical of the Korean police force like Memories of Murder and thus, sparked more interest because of that? Other than that, I thought it was too straight-forward and a bit plain while I dug up the complexities of Our Town. Thoughts?
