I was bawling when that quote came up. Never had expected that.

I found it pretty funny... maybe a glitch in the animus and the memory came from Desmond playing to much Mario in childhood...

As for other memorable quotes.. I didn't find any...:(

Yeah I laughed at that part, and I thought it was pretty lame.

I laughed a little today when I ran from a group of guards and was hiding under a small bridge, when one of them said something along
"Yeah those fast feet will be the first of many things we'll cut off you when we find you."
