Is it me or does the guy who plays Johnny Wayne looks and sounds very much like Paul Walker from The Fast and the Furious?

Same guy, where you been? I knew when I popped this in just a few mins ago it's a low budget film rip of other street raceing and didn't even look at the list of stars. Just figure it would be some fun to watch something that isn't big budget. I'm waiting to see how real they are on the cars they match up with one anouther...yah I just started the movie too.
