Amazing Soundtrack

The soundtrack to this movie was amazing! Good Soul music.

Not quite the word I'd use.

I found it to be brainless, extremely loud, intrusive, non-stop. After some minutes, I found the movie to be unwatchable/unlistenable.

Good Gawd, who would volunarily scramble their brain listening to this drek? Unfathomable.

Well agree to disagree. The music, its era and the artist chosen for the soundtrack worked with the lead character who's a "lowrider enthusiast." I would've expect lots of Hispanic/Latino based music (Salsa, Meringue, Reggaeton, etc) but was pleasantly surprised to find he's also a 70's Soul enthusiast.

Good music indeed, but those songs existed long before this film and are doing quite well now that this movie has been largely forgotten.
