Tom's Real Estate 'Rip Off'?

A few episodes ago, Kara accused her ex-husband Tom of ripping someone off in a real estate venture that went sour. In seconds flat, he managed to turn it around and make Kara look like a monstrous, insensitive buffoon. Could this be evidence of a powerful ability to manipulate people? Hmmm... You decide! Anyways, rip-off artist or not (and other than his bulbous, scaly red nose), I think Tom is HOT. What a body! But I'd still rather do the Cowboy Chad. Woof! WHAT A HUNK! Too bad he's not controversial enough to get some screen time. I'd do both Chad and Tom together, ANYDAY!!

Sounds like this would have been around the time they would have filmed this show and Tom would have been paid for it and was able to pay the kid off, makes me wonder. I hate when someone gives me the run around when paying me back, regardless if they end up paying me back.

If things went down as Tom claims, that he just put the two people together and was not involved in any of the dealings then why would he take his own money and give to the person that lost on an investment? We all know (or at least as adults we should know) that any investment does not come without risks. Why take money out of your own pocket to give to someone who willingly went into a business deal knowing the risks? I think Tom played more of a part than just introducing them and I think he played it off that it was something different than it was.

I do have to disagree with you about Tom's looks. If it weren't for his nose being long and pointy he may be somewhat attractive. I just don't see how all the girls think that he is such a good looking guy. I also don't see how all the guys think that Kara is such a hottie. She seems frumpy to me.
Now I do think that Chad is a cutie. He seems a bit shy and reserved. Just don't feed him sushi.

Yeah, you're right. I think it's just Tom's body that got me all hot 'n' bothered. I watched some of the TVLand video clips and I can't look at his face without focusing squarely on that Jimmy Durante schnoz of his. I also think a lot of it has to do with the fact that he looks a bit like porn star Tom Chase, who really IS unbelievably damn hot. I guess I'm just seeing Tom Chase a little when I look at him.
