I don't think it's just Russians he has a problem with. He seems to rip on all foreigners. And on the last episode he ripped on someone for being obese. I think he's just a hater in general. But I agree, he has no place on this show, he is not funny at all . Well except for his hair piece, now that is pretty funny!

I really cannot fathom a regular viewer of this freakin' show seriously talking about being offended by something they saw or heard. This show is all about offending people. They devote whole episodes to offending people for God's sake!....and then repeat them...over and over again.
Anyone out there want to argue that Russians are more trashed by the occasional Frank Stallone insult than Southerners, who are put through the meat-grinder for multiple entire episodes?
Get a clue! He's making fun of himself when he goes on those redneck rants. For one contemporary Russian video he had a Soviet flag in the background. You don't have to find him funny. But do you really think he's going to try to score point off someone else doing something so ignorant?

Goodness people, get a clue. This is why it is funny. That is who frank is. Learn to laugh at these people and stop looking for something to whine about. You guys just fail to notice how when frank goes off on one of his Russian rants it is set up to make him look comical and not serious.
