Has this film been shortened?

I saw it at the ICO screening days in November, and they had it listed as 95 minutes. The IMDB entry says the runtime is 83 minutes, and the DVD comes out the usual bit shorter at 80 minutes. My recollection from that viewing is that it did not seem particularly short, so I would have thought 95 rather than 83. I'm not sure what might (?) have been cut - it all seemed to work fine to me.

Does anybody know??
