It's a good movie, but no one gets away with that in a workplace now

Give me a break. With all the sexual harassment laws and policies, no one talks like that in the workplace anymore, especially not a high end executive setting. Anyone who referred to another employee as a "fine piece of ass" in front of the Executive VP would be terminated on the spot. In the 70's and 80's, yeah things ran that way, but they haven't now for decades. And not being allowed to invite spouses to the Xmas party because no one can relax? What? That didn't even make sense. Oh well, it wouldn't have had a plot otherwise.
