Great, Another Madonna - Just What We Need

Beyoncé is a superstar because she's a great singer and stage performer. But just like Madge, she outright blows chunks as an actress. Women like this are only capable of being over-the-top caricatures of themselves because they're larger than life. It doesn't translate to the silver screen. Totally unbelievable as housewives, friends, coworkers, or anything "regular." I found myself laughing in places where I know I wasn't supposed to, just like seeing Madonna attempt to pathetically portray "normal" in her films. Give it up. It makes you shudder to see how hard she tries to act rather than just "be." She's beautiful, but sorry, that isn't enough to carry a supposed thriller that was meant to make her a legit actress.
