Admittedly, his Bronco may have crumpled maximally in the First Crash, but the cabin seems to have kept it's shape pretty Good.
shareYou see this all the time, that the person could have lived if they only had a seat belt on!!! I'm sure that would have been the case in this crash also. I always have mine on. I feel naked if I'm not wearing it. Looking at the Bronco pictures, the cabin was pretty intact. Oh sure he would have some injury's, but he could have lived through them. Not like it was a role over down a cliff.
shareFor quite a few states in the Eastern US a fastened seatbelt is the law. Had Gabe lived through the accident he would have gotten a ticket even while he was laying in the hospital bed as long as he was conscious. I don't know how it is in his home state.
