I have a love /hate w this movie .....'ooohh Brandy, OOOhhh, Brandy'

...some parts of this movie strike me as SSSOOO bad that I cringe...not the violence but , ex. when brandy see's the flasher for the first time ... that whole scene ... fingernails on chalkboard..... but then other parts just make me laugh...ronnies mom flirting w/his partner....so ya, I can see both sides , but i HAVE watched it three times now ...I rate it about a 4/10. not the best but entertaining ,

When someone says a movie is a 4/10 to me it is really bad just bordering on terrible. 6, 7, 8, 9, 10 are positive 5, 4, 3, 2, 1 are negative.
