Cody Lohan + Grandfather's Memorial Card

I saw on the one episode (grandma won't budge?) where Cody carries his late grandfather's (Dina's dad) memorial/prayer card in his knee pad when he plays soccer. I though that it was kindof sweet that he likes to keep his granddad close to him.

I loved what the card said too, I wish I could find the episode and get the wording from it. When Nana read it, it made me cry along with her, because it made me think of my granddad.

If anyone can help me find the wording, I would greatly appreciate it. I would like to have a plaque made of my graddad with that saying, as a way of rememberance.
