Had a very dreamlike vibe to it and really cool atmosphere but unfortunately i felt, not enough substance to it.

a case of all style no substance.
didn't seem coherent enough. not enough happened, the relationship between charlie and the red head didn't develop well IMO.

Loved the filming style though and the shots, we need more movies like this... but, only better scripted/stories.

I agree. I liked the characters, the soundtrack, the camerawork, the vibe, but the script was lacking. At times the script was excellent and the acting went hand in hand, but that feeling of togetherness wasn't sustained, I found myself drifting off and I think I was waiting for something distinctive to happen throughout the film, and then the credits rolled...
