Hasn't it been cancelled though? Why would Channel Ten start a show that's already been cancelled?

I really enjoyed it last night, it was great!

reply

I'm asking myself the same question, but as long as their still showing it I'm not going to complain

10 are showing it because it is now the non-ratings period.

I wasn't expecting it to be very good and I was right. I didn't really like it. I won't be watching again. Most shows that I watch, I keep watching but there are exceptions.

I actually like it. It has more meat than most programs on air during the ratings period. I wonder if we'll get more episodes than US viewers..

Hey bud, I got your message. I sent you a reply, check your PM.

All 13 episodes. I'm from San Diego and I saw an article that said Elizabeth Reaser was sad that the show got canceled but they are still filming all the episodes.

Below is from EW.com's "Ask Ausiello"

Why, oh, why did The Ex List get canceled? Elizabeth Reaser is asking herself the same question. "I don't quite know what went wrong," she lamented at Monday's Twilight premiere. "Not enough people watched it, I guess, is the simplest reason. I was having a good time on the show. I liked the idea of the show. I never quite understand how ratings work or time slots or how they make the decisions to cancel a show. It is very hard for a new show to survive these days unless they are a blockbuster hit from the pilot. But I really don't know what went wrong. I am at a loss and disappointed and I think everyone on the show and involved in it felt the same way. But we aren’t alone. A lot of shows have already been canceled." The good news? Ex List will complete its 13-episode order with an eye towards international sales and a DVD release. "I'm still shooting the show, which is odd," she admitted. "The scripts have been rewritten to give [fans] some closure. [Bella] will figure out which ex is the one. I do find the guy, and it's someone we met in an earlier episode."

I'm so glad that I moved to Sydney!! I definitely will be taping them.

This just in.... The 10 Network in Australia has canceled The Ex-List after only two episodes, during the non-ratings, summer season. Link below.

Aah, I just came online to see why it wasn't on tonight. That's really disappointing. It's non-ratings for pete's sake. They can't show a little compassion? Or late night viewing? This just furthers my theory that television is useless. In the future, I'm just going to bypass them to download illegally.

reply

I did the exact same thing. I totally agree with some of the other comments why would 10 start a show that had already been canceled its so frustrating. It makes sense that there is so much illegal downloads going on with thing like this happening.
