Why is your dream setlist for a new game mostly songs that are already on the games? The only songs that aren't on the games or Rock Band or its DLC are the last 10-11. If "Inside Out" is the song by Eve 6, that's out for Rock Band's DLC. It would also help if you add who the artist is.
