I listened to the radio series on BBC Radio 2 and it was bloody awful! Even Jonathan Ross used to take the p*** out of it during his show which preceded it! I'll watch it - Edmondson is usually good value - but unless it's undergone a major refit I don't hold out much hope!

I like it personally. It's not even a third as good as the Young Ones or Bottom but it's still okay. Ade IS the one who makes it watchable - not to mention how good looking Milly is. I do hate that David character though - he's not even remotely funny and just annoying instead. Throughout the two weeks I have yet to laugh at anything he says or does.

The reason it was commisioned was because of Ade, perhaps more on reputation than the script.
