Chinese Accent?

What's the deal with the chinese character's accent? Is he putting it on or is it real?
If its real, he can't act for toffee.
If its not, kinda bit racist, isn't it?

Just one of the many things that annoys me about this show. Other things are: the writing, the acting, the laughter track (wtf?!?), pretty much everything. The only saving grace is how hot Milly is. I think it's worth putting up with this 'comedy' (I use the term loosely) just to see her, haha.
