I thought Ralp Fiennes got his character completely wrong. He was far too menacing like he was a mob boss rather than head of an insurance firm.
I think he should have played it bigger making him pompous and more outgoing rather than small and repressed and looking like he wanted to kill someone.
I thought he portrayed his character perfectly, I'm a big fan of his, yet I absolutely wanted to slap him, or rather throw that cut glass fruit bowl at his head. He was ruthless in a way that made it believable that he actually got as far as he did in life, but arrogant enough to make the viewer root for anyone else in the film but him! :)
