Come to think of it you never do find out what happenes to her. Like you said that creepy guy comes up next to her, acts all creepy like and then... you never see her for the remainder of the movie. Sloppy writing or what.

I just watched this and I'm pretty sure Jen was the girl who ran into the electric fence. Right after she does, the other cheerleader said "Jen", I'm pretty sure I heard that correctly.
That would mean that after she was tied up, the creepy guy took her back and put her in the cage again (dressed back in her uniform). It would make sense, because when they escape, there were two cheerleaders in the cage and there would have only been one if Jen was taken out.
Still poorly written, but that explains that.
